Introduction
QA-FLW1000H Fiber laser welding machine adopts a continous fiber laser source, with long lifetime up to 100,000 hours.
The laser head adopts water-cooled design, it won’t get over-heated during welding, small diameter, easy for hand-holding.
The laser welding process is thermal conduction, i.e. the laser radiation heats the surface of work piece, and the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.
Because of its unique advantage, it is widely used in the process of gold and silver jewelry and welding of mini and small parts.

1. Wide welding range: The handheld welding head is equipped with 5m-10M original optical fiber, which overcomes the limitation of workbench space, and can be welded outdoors and long-distance welding
