QA-CB200 Plate bending machine is a PC computer controlled tyoe bender machine for aluminum and steel profiles. The software operation is easy and accept all kinds of Vector file format, like AI, DXF, PLT and so on. You can use the same vector files from the laser cutting machine, save much time to make new files for precessing.

Coinciding with the various kinds of precision cutting of panels, especially fit for letters with small angle and radiun , and also fit for the procession of complex graphics

This is the best machine for the fabrication of LED channel letters, stainless steel letters, Piercing letters, Epoxy letters.

This bender system combined with three parts:

First one is the auto feeding rotate table, feeding the coil metal automatically , no need human extra work.

Second one is the slotting part in the middle of the machine, imported blade cutter for slotting, fast and precision.

Third one the bending part on right side of the machine, equip with a bending head, bending both sizes the finish one complex letter at only one time.
